Lost Peacock Creamery is a family owned and operated Grade A Goat Dairy, located 8 minutes outside downtown Olympia, Washington.
All our cheeses are made with 100% goat milk, from the milk of our own herd. We milk our girls every day, twice a day, and make cheese every three days. Our herd of 50 goats free-range over 11 acres enjoying access to a variety of forage. We supplement their feed with Non GMO, No Spray Alfalfa from Eastern Washington and a Non GMO Custom Grain Mix from Patriot Feed in Winlock, Washington. In addition our girls are fed Non GMO Spent Gran from Top Rung Brewery in Olympia, Washington.
